The Role
This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped daily commissions. Agents have the unique opportunity to build their own teams and obtain contractual ownership of their own agencies, allowing them to create passive income and build a legacy for their families. You will work with warm leads from families who have already requested coverage, meeting with them virtually to design policies that fit their specific needs. We provide one-on-one mentorship, virtual and in-person training, and a flexible work environment that supports a healthy work-life balance. Our approach focuses on results-driven success without the pressure of cold calling, scam calls, quotas, deadlines, or long hours.
