We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead our growth in the Northern California region. This role is ideal for someone who finds energy in networking, prefers face-to-face or phone interactions over digital correspondence, and is eager to learn the intricacies of the signage industry.
As a Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for developing relationships with existing accounts and acquiring new business within your territory. Your day will involve identifying opportunities through prospecting and trade shows, presenting our capabilities to key industry stakeholders, and managing the full consultative sales cycle for complete signage packages. You will work closely with our Estimating, Production, and Management teams to ensure seamless project delivery, from site surveys and permits to final installation. Success in this role requires a self-driven approach balanced with a strong team orientation, ensuring high client satisfaction while meeting aggressive sales quotas.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a standard interview process including an initial screening, followed by a discussion of sales strategies and industry knowledge. Finalists will meet with the regional leadership team to discuss cultural fit and specific territory goals before an offer is extended.
