About the Role

The Sales Executive serves as the face of Apex Multifamily Builders in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area, driving revenue growth by leveraging existing relationships and actively developing new business opportunities. This position is pivotal in identifying and securing commercial build-outs, multifamily renovations, new construction, and industrial projects.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with the estimating and project management teams to ensure seamless handoffs from the sales phase through project execution. Your day-to-day involves building a robust sales pipeline, preparing compelling proposals, and representing the company at industry events to elevate brand awareness. You will act as the strategic bridge between client expectations and project delivery capabilities, ensuring that every opportunity is thoroughly documented and aligned with operational realities.

  • check_circleMonitor market trends and competitor activity to provide regular intelligence reports to leadership
