About the Role

This position is built for those who thrive on the adrenaline of a cold call and the satisfaction of a closed deal. As an Outside Sales & Business Development Representative, you are more than just a salesperson; you are a problem-solving partner for facility managers and general contractors. Backed by a team of elite service technicians, you will identify operational bottlenecks, pitch high-performance dock and door solutions, and build a book of business with uncapped commission potential.

Your day involves aggressive territory prospecting through "boots on the ground" site visits to industrial parks and distribution hubs. You will perform detailed site assessments to diagnose equipment needs, utilizing your technical aptitude to explain mechanical systems and provide custom-engineered solutions. You will manage the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation, acting as the primary point of contact for clients during disruptions to provide fast-paced solutions. This role offers autonomy and trust, allowing you to work without micromanagement while collaborating closely with technicians to turn maintenance leads into long-term service contracts.
