This position is designed for a dynamic professional with a proven track record in high-end and luxury sales, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving distribution site success.
As a Sales Executive, your day-to-day involves building and maintaining a robust customer base through consultative selling. You will guide prospective owners through every stage of the journey, from the initial discovery of their vacation needs to the final signing of the contract. This includes conducting personalized property tours, explaining finance options, and ensuring all legal documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.
Beyond the initial sale, your mission extends to fostering long-term relationships. You will monitor owner satisfaction, provide updates on upcoming promotions, and identify opportunities for reloads and referrals. By leveraging resources like Vacation Ownership Advisors and utilizing virtual tour software, you will ensure every interaction builds trust and reinforces the value of the Marriott Vacations lifestyle.
Candidates selected for this role will participate in a structured training program starting on July 6, 2026, with a training pay rate of $35/hour. Successful applicants must be willing to work weekends and holidays as business needs dictate. The role requires maintaining an active and in-good-standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
