As a Commercial Lines Sales Executive (Client Advisor), you will bring comprehensive risk management solutions to businesses and individuals. Your primary focus is identifying, prospecting, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients of all sizes by leveraging World's unique niche. While your core mission is selling commercial lines risk solutions, you are empowered to help clients with personal lines insurance, employee benefits, 401(k) and related retirement solutions, and payroll and human resources outsourcing.
World's investments in a broad range of solutions mean you can prospect any company of any size to provide value. You will act as a trusted risk management advisor, utilizing our extensive platform to help clients solve any challenge, from traditional commercial lines to high net worth private client services.
Your compensation is directly tied to your effort and performance. We offer a base salary plus commissions, with a base salary range of $60,000 to $200,000+ depending on your experience and ability to drive revenue. As your book of business grows, so does your base salary, offering tremendous potential to significantly exceed the top of this range. Additionally, you will receive a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested.
