Key Responsibilities
- check_circleFollow up and communicate with overseas offices and agents for new customer development
- check_circleAdhere to credit management policies and contract rules to select qualified customers
- check_circleSupport Customer Service department with RFI and RFQ preparation
- check_circleUtilize proprietary systems to create customer profiles, quotations, and credit applications
- check_circleConduct cold and warm calls, sales visits, and generate new sales leads weekly
- check_circleManage accounts receivable collection and ensure timely payments
- check_circleSecure new accounts and meet monthly sales targets
Requirements
- verifiedExperience in B to B Service Sales or Customer Service in International Logistics
- verifiedLocal and familiar with the local Territory
- verifiedExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience in B to B Service Sales or Customer Service in the International Logistics field. College degree.
