This Senior Director role is accountable for leading all Indirect Services categories for the DePuy Synthes global procurement organization, representing approximately $2.2 billion in annual spend. You will build the team, develop the vision, strategy, and implementation plan for these categories to meet the long-range requirements of the business and deliver maximum value. The role involves leading business engagement across international markets, operating in a complex, matrixed global environment.
In this position, you will partner closely with senior business leaders, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Risk/Compliance, and Procurement Operations to ensure efficient end-to-end management of sourcing, contracting, and requisition-to-pay activities. As a member of the DPS Procurement Leadership Team, you will drive an inclusive, high-performance culture, lead strategic supplier relationships and major negotiations, and influence enterprise decision-making through governance, analytics, and stakeholder engagement. You will lead a global team of approximately 18 employees, fostering a high-engagement environment with clear expectations and strong performance management.
