About the Role

The Sales Director serves as the strategic leader for the Northeast Region, overseeing Outside Sales functions across Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Cleveland, Ohio. This role exists to expand our customer base nationwide and optimize revenue opportunities from both existing clients and new prospects. You will lead a fully staffed team of Sales Managers and frontline representatives, focusing on our cloud services, telephony, data, video products, and managed offerings.

In this position, you will not only drive revenue growth but also champion community advocacy. You will act as a public representative of Cox, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and local councils to enhance our brand presence. The role demands a proven track record of leading sales organizations through change management while delivering results, ensuring that customer retention and acquisition go hand-in-hand with exceptional service.

Requirements
