About the Role

This entry-level Recruiter / Sales Trainee role serves as a launchpad into business-to-business, relationship-driven sales. You will join a competitive, self-motivated, and team-oriented organization where you help companies solve talent needs while supporting the careers of engineers and science professionals. The position blends sales development, account management, and recruiting partnership, offering strong earning potential and clear advancement paths.

In this role, you will learn how to build a territory, develop trusted partnerships, and grow revenue in a fast-paced environment. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and real client exposure, you will become a go-to expert on talent solutions within your assigned market. You will engage in a structured 24-week training program that includes job shadowing, role play, and coaching, setting you up for long-term success. The organization promotes from within, offering clear opportunities to progress into leadership, management, and other career paths.
