About the Role
The Inbound Sales Representative serves as the primary bridge between prospective delivery partners and our delivery program. In this hybrid role based in Austin, TX, you will convert qualified inbound leads into active partners by conducting consultative sales conversations and guiding prospects through the onboarding process. The focus is on understanding partner needs, clearly articulating program value, and maintaining strong, service-oriented relationships. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls to engage prospects, follow up on leads, and support partner activation, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales journey. This position is a contract role requiring a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
