About the Role

The Business Development Specialist (internally known as a PARTnership Builder) is the engine behind our relationships with service contractors. This role exists to find, develop, and maintain connections that drive revenue in the commercial foodservice and HVAC industries. You will act as a sales guru, proactively managing your day by placing a high volume of outbound calls, viewing each interaction as an opportunity to form a personal emotional connection with customers.

Your mission is to learn customer challenges and utilize the Parts Town value proposition to find solutions. You will describe yourself as proactive, passionate about solving problems, and resilient, seeing rejection as an exciting challenge. While deep knowledge of OEM parts is a plus, we are primarily interested in passionate people with fresh ideas from different backgrounds who are ready to roll up their sleeves and put their ambition to work.
