Native Seed is seeking an Inside Sales Agronomist to drive the growth of our native seed portfolio within the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishing industries. This Sales & Business Development role is designed to bridge the gap between scientific research and practical application on the ground. You will serve as a trusted advisor to landowners, contractors, and restoration partners, guiding them through species selection, seeding rates, and establishment strategies tailored to local ecosystems.
In this position, you will manage accounts and build long-term relationships while collaborating closely with our research and production teams. Your goal is to deliver science-based solutions that support biodiversity and sustainable land management. The ideal candidate blends deep agronomy expertise with consultative inside sales experience and a genuine passion for ecological restoration.
