About the Role
As a Turf Products Manager, you will lead the sales and product strategy for our native turf seed solutions. Reporting to Sales & Business Development, you will manage a regional portfolio and serve as the bridge between our R&D capabilities and the market needs of landscape, sports turf, and restoration clients.
This role exists to evolve how native turf is positioned and sold, ensuring our products align with both ecological goals and commercial success. You will develop go-to-market plans, train the sales team on technical agronomy, and build lasting relationships with key industry partners. Your day-to-day involves conducting market analysis, managing pricing and margins, and coordinating product launches that highlight the unique benefits of native seed solutions.
