About the Role
Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth for our staffing and workforce solutions business within the Chicago region. This role serves as a strategic partner to enterprise, mid-market, and emerging accounts across the Pharma/Life Sciences, Insurance, and Financial Services sectors.
As a trusted advisor, you will lead regional sales initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships. The position requires a blend of "hunting" for new opportunities and "farming" for long-term account growth, leveraging a deep understanding of staffing delivery models including contract, contract-to-hire, direct-hire, managed services, and MSP/VMS environments. You will work closely with recruiters, account managers, and delivery teams to ensure successful talent placement and client satisfaction.

You will be part of a dynamic sales organization focused on strategic workforce solutions. Success in this role involves collaborating with executive leadership on market expansion, mentoring regional sales teams, and maintaining a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, and industry events. Location and Travel
This is a hybrid position based in Chicago, IL. The role requires willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings, business reviews, and industry networking events.

Requirements
