About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is designed for a driven, self-starting sales professional who wants more than just setting meetings—you want to own the entire sales cycle and your income. You will work directly with business owners and decision-makers at small to mid-sized companies (typically 10-100 employees), helping them solve real operational and technology challenges.

If you thrive on activity, competition, and performance-based compensation, this is the perfect fit. You will have no handoffs; you control your deals and your earnings. This position offers a clear path to rapid growth as we scale, allowing you to sell into a massive SMB market with real demand.

Who This Role Is For

This opportunity is ideal for former SDRs or BDRs ready to step into a closing role, sales reps tired of capped commissions, or athletes and entrepreneurs at heart who want to bet on themselves. Conversely, this role is not for those uncomfortable with cold outreach, those seeking inbound-only or account management positions, or individuals who require constant oversight.

Hiring Process

We are looking for candidates who are competitive, coachable, and highly self-motivated. The interview process will assess your ability to manage your own pipeline, your communication skills when speaking with business owners, and your comfort level with high-activity cold outreach. Successful candidates will demonstrate a clear understanding of the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
