As a Business Development Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. This position will support a territory including Madison, WI, Elm Grove, WI, and Middleton, WI. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets, requiring a combination of strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
Effective January 2026, this will be a Non-MIP FT Sales Management position with an enhanced sales incentive plan. Success in this role involves prospecting for new clients, conducting compelling presentations to showcase our value proposition, and tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience.
