This is a roll-up-your-sleeves Business Development Manager role for someone energized by building from the ground up. You will thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where success is driven by strong follow-through, persistence, and relationship building. Your mission is to expand our market presence by generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
You will not wait for opportunities; you will proactively create, develop, and bring them to close. The day-to-day involves actively building and managing your pipeline through cold outreach, strategic networking, and in-person meetings. You will maintain a strong presence within your designated territory, conducting a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings per week to build relationships and advance opportunities. This role requires you to identify client needs, position tailored Hybrid Security Solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Top performers can exceed On-Target Earnings (OTE) through consistent new business generation and account growth.
