The Sales Development Representative will own the coordinated process of developing a qualified pipeline within Carbon Robotics' addressable target market. This role is critical to fueling our revenue engine by setting meetings with target contacts through proactive, multi-touch, and multi-channel communication sequences. You will deliver relevant information about LaserWeeding and use-case-specific content to generate the pipeline that drives our growth.
Reporting to the Manager of Inside Sales, you will engage in heavy outbound calling, strategic email composition, and messaging via LinkedIn and text. Success in this role requires high levels of active listening, consultative selling skills, and tight collaboration with HQ and Field Sales partners. You will be expected to be data-driven, self-manage your pipeline, and stay thoroughly informed on all products and the weed problems facing the farming industry. The ideal candidate possesses the maturity and confidence to roll up their sleeves and work in close partnership with Field Sales, Marketing, and various other departments to achieve assigned tasks.
