About the Role
The Sales Development Representative is a pivotal support role designed to empower our outside sales team and drive proactive marketing efforts. This position exists to ensure seamless coordination between business units, optimize sales performance, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will manage the administrative backbone of equipment sales, overseeing CRM and ERP systems, account tracking, and report generation. Your day will involve analyzing sales performance, facilitating communication between units, and managing customer satisfaction surveys. You will also lead marketing initiatives, including seminars, advertising coordination, social media promotion, and targeted direct mail campaigns. From managing manufacturer co-op funds to coordinating employee and customer social events, you will be instrumental in executing the strategies that keep our sales engine running smoothly.
