About the Role
As a Sales Design Consultant, you will utilize your product knowledge and design skills to meet or exceed sales goals while building long-term relationships with our customers. This role is designed to bridge the gap between technical product expertise and client needs, ensuring a seamless experience from the showroom floor to project completion.
You will be the face of the brand in our showroom, welcoming walk-ins and managing appointments with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your day will involve guiding clients through our broad product lines, creating accurate quotes on the same day, and leveraging our internal systems to track every opportunity. Beyond the showroom, you will actively develop accounts through strategic visits to contractors, installers, and design firms, ensuring we maintain a strong presence in the local market.
Success in this role requires a balance of high-energy salesmanship and meticulous organization. You will be expected to manage your pipeline daily, ensuring all leads are converted, follow-ups are logged, and forecasts are accurate. We value teamwork deeply; you will work collaboratively with colleagues to assist clients across stores and maintain a showroom environment that reflects our core values.
