As an Account Manager based in Greenville, SC, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, bridging the gap between their business needs and our solutions. Your mission is to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships that drive client satisfaction and retention. This role is critical for ensuring the timely and successful implementation of our products and services, while simultaneously identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
You will act as a trusted advisor, conducting onsite customer visits to keep clients informed about service updates, gauge system utilization, and provide hands-on training assistance.
