About the Role
As a key member of our store team, you will serve as the face of our brand, proactively greeting customers and developing lasting relationships through courtesy and professional engagement. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment and possess a genuine sense of design. You will educate customers on the installation and use of our diverse product lines, ensuring they exceed expectations while tracking your individual sales goals. Beyond sales, you will manage store orders and provide timely product updates, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
