About the Role

Join the Hendrick Automotive Group as a Sales Professional in North Charleston, South Carolina. In this role, you will drive the dealership's success by selling new and used vehicles while ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience. You are the face of the dealership, responsible for guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey from the initial greeting to the final delivery and registration.

Your day involves more than just transactions; you will determine customer needs, demonstrate vehicle features, and arrange test drives. You will act as a trusted advisor, suggesting optional equipment and explaining financing options, including trade-in allowances and discounts. Success in this position requires a balance of sales acumen and genuine customer service, ensuring you meet sales goals while maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
