You will act as a trusted advisor, suggesting optional equipment and explaining financing options, including trade-in allowances and discounts. Success in this position requires a balance of sales acumen and genuine customer service, ensuring you meet sales goals while maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
