As a Sales Professional, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey from the moment they walk through the door. Your day will involve greeting customers, understanding their specific needs regarding make, type, and quality of vehicle, and demonstrating features through showroom tours or test drives. You will act as a trusted advisor, suggesting optional equipment and computing accurate sales prices that include tax, trade-in allowances, and discounts.
Beyond the sale, you will manage the administrative details of the transaction, including completing sales contracts and arranging for vehicle delivery and registration. You will also engage in business development to meet dealership sales goals and maintain our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above company standards. Success in this role requires maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work area while adhering to all federal, state, and company safety regulations.

We are looking for individuals with a High School Diploma (or GED) and a valid Driver's License. Prior sales and/or customer service experience is desired, along with an interest in the automotive field. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn web applications for customer management are also required.
