As a Sales Professional, you will be the face of our dealership, responsible for selling new and used vehicles while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role exists to bridge the gap between customer needs and our inventory, guiding clients through the entire purchasing journey. From the moment you greet a customer to determine their desired vehicle, to demonstrating features, arranging delivery, and handling all necessary paperwork, you will be the primary driver of our sales goals.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of showroom interactions and outdoor lot activities. You will research model availability, suggest optional equipment, and compute sales prices including trade-in allowances and discounts. Success in this role requires engaging in business development, addressing customer concerns with enthusiasm, and maintaining our CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment that includes both indoor and outdoor settings, frequently interacting with customers on test drives and collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless experience.

The role requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. We are looking for individuals who can effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations and possess the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
