About the Role
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will join a team committed to providing an educational, relaxed, and low-pressure shopping experience. Your mission is to help customers improve their lives through our sleep solutions. You will utilize our tried-and-proven selling process and our exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, which empowers customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations.
This role is designed for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting and interacting with customers to understand their unique needs. You will serve as a key part of our sales team, leveraging state-of-the-art technology including tablets and mobile point-of-sale systems to deliver a tailored shopping experience that transforms customer sleep quality and satisfaction.
