About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will create an easy and memorable experience for all our patients and customers. You will guide them through our unique sales process to fulfill their eyewear needs, from greeting them at the door to assisting them in choosing eyewear that fits their budget and eye care requirements.

This role is designed for self-motivated individuals who are ultimately in charge of their earning and career potential. You will troubleshoot prescription-related problems, resolve customer complaints, and execute simple customer repairs, including assembling lenses into frames and edging stock lenses to expedite delivery. You will work to attain sales goals while ensuring 100% compliance with delivery time commitments and adhering to quality control standards.
