The Sales Associate serves as a vital partner to the Store Leadership Team, driving the achievement of company goals through exceptional customer engagement and operational excellence. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are passionate about delivering a welcoming, efficient shopping experience.
In this position, you will be the face of the brand on the sales floor. Your day-to-day involves greeting customers with urgency and warmth, guiding them through product selections, and sharing insights on current promotions. Whether resolving concerns, processing transactions at the cashwrap, or educating shoppers on the benefits of the PLACE Card, your focus remains on creating positive interactions that drive conversion.
Beyond customer service, the Sales Associate plays a key role in maintaining the store's visual and operational standards. You will ensure merchandise is presented attractively, stock levels are optimized, and the backroom remains organized and safe. Flexibility is essential, as you may be called upon to process stock, assist with facility needs, or adapt to shifting business priorities throughout the week.
