About the Role
The Ravinia guest experience is more than the performance on stage. Our beautiful, welcoming park is what makes listening to music at Ravinia truly special, and we are excited to open our gates to concertgoers. From morning to night, each of our employees contributes to making live music at Ravinia extraordinary.
As a Sales Associate in the Festival Shop, you will be the face of our retail operations. You will be responsible for cashiering, promoting sales items, and creating a welcoming customer experience. This role offers the opportunity to learn and work within Ravinia's dynamic retail environment across two permanent retail shops and various pop-up locations on festival grounds. Whether working behind the register or engaging with customers on the sales floor, you will help set the tone for a memorable visit.
Hiring Process & Availability
Preparation and hiring for the summer season begin on May 15th. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team for part-time or full-time hours. The Ravinia season runs from July through September. While we welcome applicants with varying schedules, priority in hiring will be given to those available to work the entire season.
