Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage Shopify store operations and product collections in partnership with external partners
- check_circleMonitor daily eCommerce performance to flag issues and opportunities in real time
- check_circleCollaborate with editorial teams to align content and promotional calendars
- check_circleTrack and report performance across all marketing channels with actionable learnings
- check_circleExecute promotional activities including seasonal sales and bundling strategies
- check_circleProduce campaign recap reports and handle administrative tasks like invoicing
- check_circleCreate supporting creative assets such as collection banners and social imagery using Photoshop
- check_circleServe as liaison with merch partners to triage product issues and track improvement requests
- check_circleOversee email strategy including newsletters, cart recovery flows, and promotional campaigns
- check_circleGrow first-party email and fan data lists through digital acquisition campaigns
- check_circleOptimize product pages for SEO and conversion efficiency
- check_circleEnsure editorial content includes live store links for covered artists
Requirements
- verified3+ years eCommerce or retail merchandising experience
- verifiedDirect Shopify store management experience
- verifiedExperience coordinating with merch fulfillment or distribution partners
