About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you are at the heart of the Pet Care Center experience. This role is designed for someone who enjoys helping others, learning about pet care, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced, purpose-driven retail environment. You will help pet parents find the right products and solutions for their pets while creating a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Your day will involve greeting customers with friendly, solution-focused service to build trust and loyalty. You will educate customers on products and services, assist in selecting items that meet their pets' needs, and process sales and exchanges accurately. Beyond customer interaction, you will maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, stock shelves, and support inventory integrity. Success in this role means ensuring customers feel supported on every visit, the store remains easy to shop, and pets are cared for safely and responsibly.
