About the Role

This position serves as the frontline of the Hot Spot Stores and Shell Store experience, dedicated to providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service to every customer. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the store, greeting guests warmly, promoting store specials, and ensuring a clean, organized environment that encourages repeat business.

The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic setting where no two days are exactly the same. You will work independently while collaborating closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maintain smooth daily operations. From stocking shelves and managing inventory to handling transactions and ensuring safety compliance, you play a vital part in the store's success.
