Sales Associate

About the Role

This position serves as the frontline of the Hot Spot Stores and Shell Store experience, dedicated to providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service to every customer. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the store, greeting guests professionally and promoting store specials while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment.

The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic setting, capable of working independently and adapting to variable shifts, including weekends and holidays. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, from stocking shelves and managing inventory to handling cash transactions and adhering to all safety and legal compliance procedures.

Compensation

Starting pay is determined by experience, with an hourly wage range of $1.00 - $1.01.
