About the Role

This position serves as the frontline of the Hot Spot Stores and Shell Store experience, designed to provide new employees with a clear overview of expectations. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the store, ensuring prompt, efficient, and courteous service to every customer. The role is dynamic, requiring you to adapt to variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, while working independently to maintain store operations.

The position is not limited to a static list of duties; you may be asked to perform other tasks essential to the convenience store industry. You will report directly to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager for guidance, assisting them in keeping the store running smoothly. This role is an opportunity to develop transferable skills in customer conflict resolution, salesmanship, leadership, and money-handling procedures that are valuable across various industries.

Compensation and Employment Status

Starting pay depends on experience, with an hourly wage range of $1.00 - $1.01. Please note that this is a variable position; employees are hired with the understanding that the company cannot initially determine the exact number of hours worked per week.
