About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Hot Spot Stores, you are the face of our convenience locations, dedicated to delivering prompt, efficient, and courteous service to every customer. This position is designed to provide a dynamic entry point into the retail industry, offering opportunities to develop transferable skills in customer conflict resolution, salesmanship, and leadership.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations. From stocking refrigerated units and maintaining a clean, organized environment to handling cash transactions and promoting store specials, your role is vital to the daily rhythm of the store. You will also gain valuable experience in safety and security procedures, money-handling, and shift reporting.

Please note that this position is variable, meaning the company cannot initially determine the exact number of hours you will work per week. You must be prepared to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, and possess the ability to work independently while following instructions.
