About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Hot Spot Stores, you are the face of our convenience locations, dedicated to delivering prompt, efficient, and courteous service to every customer. Day in the Life
Your day begins by ensuring the store is welcoming and fully stocked. You will manage refrigerator units, merchandise, and displays, keeping the work area neat, clean, and organized. From greeting customers with a professional demeanor to suggesting store specials, you play a key role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.
Operational duties include reconciling paperwork, preparing accurate shift reports, and handling transactions such as lottery, money orders, and check cashing. You will also maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, the coffee bar, and the parking lot, while adhering to strict safety and security procedures. As a variable employee, you will work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, adapting to the needs of the store and its customers.
Hiring Process
