Sales Associate

About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Hot Spot Stores, you are the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience. This position is designed to support store operations while delivering prompt, efficient, and courteous service. You will work alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for both customers and staff.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a dynamic mix of customer interaction and operational tasks. You will greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and promote store specials. Beyond the register, you will keep the store looking its best by stocking shelves, replenishing coolers, and maintaining the cleanliness of restrooms and facilities. You will also handle essential operational duties such as preparing shift reports, managing cash drops, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and local laws regarding sales.
