About the Role

This position serves as the frontline of the Hot Spot Stores and Shell Store experience, dedicated to delivering prompt, efficient, and courteous service to every customer. As a Sales Associate, you are more than just a cashier; you are an ambassador for the brand, responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment while ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued.

The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic retail setting. You will work independently and as part of a team to manage store operations, from stocking shelves and refrigeration units to handling cash transactions and promoting store specials. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop transferable skills in customer conflict resolution, salesmanship, leadership, and safety procedures that are valuable across various industries.

Hiring Process & Application

Starting pay is determined by experience, with an hourly wage range of $1.00 - $1.01. Variable employees are hired with the understanding that the company cannot initially determine the specific number of hours worked per week, requiring flexibility to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
