About the Role

This position serves as the frontline of the Hot Spot Stores and Shell Store experience, dedicated to providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service to every customer. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the store, greeting guests, promoting specials, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand policies.

The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment. You will work independently while collaborating closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maintain seamless store operations. From stocking shelves and managing inventory to handling cash transactions and ensuring facility cleanliness, your contributions directly impact the daily success of the location.
