About the Role

This position serves as the frontline of the Hot Spot Stores and Shell Store experience, dedicated to ensuring prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the store, greeting and thanking every customer in a professional manner while promoting store specials and suggesting purchases. The role is designed to provide a dynamic opportunity where the skills you learn—ranging from customer conflict resolution to leadership and money-handling procedures—are transferable to various other businesses and industries.

From stocking refrigerator units and merchandise to ensuring the cleanliness of restrooms and facilities, every team member plays a vital role in upholding company policies and state laws. The position requires the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support overall store operations.

Hiring Process & Application

Starting pay depends on experience, with an hourly wage range of $1.00 - $1.01. Please note that variable employees are hired with the understanding that the company cannot initially determine the number of hours worked per week. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, work variable shifts including weekends and holidays, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs and working in cold temperatures.
