About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in the San Diego, CA area. This entry-level position serves as a feeder role to our Sales Executive path, designed to launch your sales career with professional growth and learning opportunities. You will provide essential support to sales efforts in the San Diego market, assisting in the promotion, marketing, and sales of KARL STORZ products across multiple business units.

In this role, you will spend over 70% of your time at customer sites, including hospitals, operating rooms, laboratories, and surgery centers. This hands-on experience allows you to build strong, compliant relationships with key stakeholders such as nurses, physicians, and administrators. You will act as a bridge between our technology and the healthcare teams that rely on it, ensuring they have the support needed to succeed.
