About the Role
This position serves as the frontline of the Hot Spot Stores and Shell Store experience, dedicated to delivering prompt, efficient, and courteous service to every customer. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the store, greeting guests warmly, promoting store specials, and ensuring a clean, organized environment that encourages repeat business.
The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic retail setting. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maintain smooth daily operations, from stocking shelves and refrigerators to managing cash handling and safety procedures. This is an opportunity to develop transferable skills in customer conflict resolution, salesmanship, leadership, and financial reporting within a fast-paced convenience store industry.
Please note that variable employees are hired with the understanding that the company cannot initially determine the exact number of hours worked per week. Starting pay is determined by experience, with an hourly wage range of $1.00 - $1.01.
