About the Role

This position serves as the frontline of the Hot Spot Stores and Shell Store experience, dedicated to providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service to every customer. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, greeting guests warmly, promoting store specials, and ensuring a clean, organized environment that encourages repeat business.

The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic retail setting. You will work independently while collaborating closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maintain smooth daily operations. From stocking shelves and managing inventory to handling transactions and ensuring safety compliance, your contributions directly impact the store's success and customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Schedule

Starting pay is competitive and depends on experience, with an hourly wage range of $1.00 - $1.01. Please note that this is a variable position; employees are hired with the understanding that the company cannot initially determine the exact number of hours worked per week. The role requires flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
