As a Sales Associate at Hot Spot Stores, you are the face of our convenience locations, dedicated to delivering prompt, efficient, and courteous service to every customer. This role is designed to provide a dynamic entry point into the retail industry, offering opportunities to develop transferable skills in customer conflict resolution, salesmanship, and leadership. What to Expect

This is a variable position where employees are hired with the understanding that the number of hours worked per week may fluctuate based on business needs. You will work independently and collaboratively with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Your day will involve stocking shelves and refrigeration units, managing cash and lottery transactions, and ensuring facilities are ready for customers. The role requires flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Compensation and Growth

Starting pay is competitive and depends on experience, with an hourly wage range of $1.00 to $1.01. Beyond the wage, this role represents a significant opportunity to build a foundation of skills transferable to other businesses and industries, including accounting, merchandising, and money-handling procedures.
