About the Role
This position serves as the frontline of the Hot Spot Stores and Shell Store experience, dedicated to providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service to every customer. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the store, greeting guests, promoting specials, and ensuring a welcoming environment that reflects our company policies.
The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic retail setting. You will work independently while collaborating closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maintain smooth daily operations. From stocking shelves and managing inventory to handling cash transactions and ensuring facility cleanliness, your contributions directly impact the customer experience and store success.
