As a Sales & Marketing Director, you will be the driving force behind the occupancy and revenue growth of our community. Your mission is to maintain and improve occupancy levels in strict accordance with marketing and business plans, ensuring the community remains a vibrant home for residents.
In this role, you will partner with Regional Sales management to develop and execute strategic marketing plans. You will lead a team of Marketing Coordinators and Sales Counselors, guiding them to achieve desired results while managing the daily rhythm of sales calls, lead generation, and event coordination. Your day will involve building trust with prospective residents and their families, understanding their unique needs, and educating them on how our services can meet those needs. You will also cultivate relationships with professional referral sources, including legal and financial professionals, hospital discharge planners, and community groups, to drive a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
