As a Sales & Marketing Director, you will be the driving force behind the occupancy and revenue success of our senior living community. This role exists to bridge the gap between our exceptional care services and the families seeking them. You will partner with Regional Sales management to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that achieve community goals.
Your day will be a dynamic blend of high-level strategy and hands-on leadership. You will supervise Marketing Coordinators and Sales Counselors, guiding them to maximize sales effectiveness. Beyond management, you will personally engage with prospective residents, their families, and professional referral sources—from hospital discharge planners to financial advisors—to understand their unique needs and guide them toward the right care solutions. You will plan and coordinate community events, analyze conversion data to refine your approach, and ensure every inquiry is met with dignity, respect, and prompt attention.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of experience and education). Sales experience in the retirement industry, medical, or pharmaceutical sales. Previous experience with contact management database, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Medicare, Medicaid.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
