The Comfort Advisor role is designed for someone who wants to own a business inside a business, rather than simply fill a quota. You will be the face of our brand in homeowners' homes, often navigating stressful situations where families are deciding whether to trust you with a major replacement for their aging systems.
This position requires you to build your own pipeline alongside the leads we provide. You will work the customer database, follow up on unsold consultations, and stay engaged with Comfort Club members. There is no pre-filled calendar; you must drive your own activity. While the role is commission-only after the ramp period, the structure is designed to reward high performance, with a clear path to significant income based on your close rate, activity, and the relationships you build.
