As a Sales Account Executive, you will be the vital connection between Lamar and the communities we serve. This role exists to bring innovative outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Fort Wayne and the surrounding areas. You will not only meet and exceed sales objectives in your assigned territory but also develop long-term advertising relationships that grow both Lamar's sales and our standing within the community.
A day in your life will be a dynamic mix of office strategy and field execution. You will target businesses in your area, visiting established Lamar clients as well as competitor accounts to identify growth opportunities. You will use our tools to locate prospects, prepare proposals, and present your findings to clients. Beyond the sales pitch, you will manage administrative duties like maintaining sales plans, following up on production orders, and problem-solving client issues. You will actively participate in sales meetings, regional seminars, and trade shows to continuously develop your product knowledge and selling skills.
